When I went full time as a wedding photographer I knew I wanted to be more involved in the art community. When I was in college there were days we spent drawing at the Joslyn Art Museum. I missed that! I missed being surrounded by the inspiration. The quite reflection. I decided to take a day this Spring to visit the museum. That is when I learned about the Young Art Patrons (YAP). I knew right away I wanted to join so I did. One of the first events I attended was the 2015 YAP Field Trip.

It was so too much fun!

We started our evening meeting up at Voodoo Taco for dinner and drinks. From there we loaded up buses and headed to the home of two local art collectors. They opened up their home for us to tour their vast art collection. It was amazing! Here is a small peek at the works.
