Sunday’s have recently become one of my favorite days of the week. We wake early, get in our spiritual nourishment, spend some quality time together, do a little house cleaning, workout, meal prep for the next week and end the night relaxing.
Of all the days, it’s one that I feel I get the most accomplished. Plus, I get to do it all with Dave! Win, win!
Speaking of meal prepping, you have got to try these overnight oats! They are on repeat around here!! I typically adjust this recipe based on our individual macros and you can do the same! It’s prefect for snacks or pre/post workout fuel. And it’s all ready for the upcoming week!
[Makes 1 Serving]
1 cup Rolled Oats
1 c. Silk Almond Milk
1 scoop Vanilla Arbonne Protein Powder
½ cup Greek Yogurt
1 tsp. Organic Blue Agave
½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp. of Cinnamon
TOTAL MACROS
228 Calories
33g Carbs | 22g Protein | 4g Fat
Optional: 1 banana or fresh fruit, diced (I love bananas, mixed berries, strawberries, or blueberries!)
Combine and mix all ingredients in a mason jar and seal. Shake then leave in fridge overnight. Pop out in the morning and ENJOY cold. Easy!
I’m always on the lookout for healthy and easy recipes. What’s something easy you’re going to meal prep for the busy week ahead?
