This past fall, I met up Dr. Eric Clements and is family to hang out, talk life and capture some special moments of them as a family. I’ve known Dr. Clements for a few years now and not only is he an awesome Chiropractor here in Omaha with Omaha Chiropractic and Sports Therapy (he’s fixed up my neck now and then 😉 ) but I found he’s also a pretty cool dad, husband and Crossfitter.

Isn’t their daughter the cutest! She showed me a bit of her gymnastic skills too but I most definitely dig her style! Her shoes!!

So this is what happens when dad decides to pose the family. LOL! But seriously this is just too perfect! And plus for me because it resulted in some genuine laughter.
