Sarswati and Sam met in India, when Sam was overseas with the Peace Core. Three years later she’s in Nebraska marring the love of her life.

As Sam held Sarswati in his arms, their smiles oozed of love. And Sarswati looked just stunning, head to toe, in her gorgeous blue floral embroidered dress. The Downtown Courthouse was the perfect backdrop of their portraits.

Per usual in Nebraska, the weather was a bit unpredictable. Early in the day, the weather was rainy and dark. It stormed the day before and storms were in the forecast. We chatted about moving indoors for their photos but right before I headed downtown the clouds cleared and the sun came out blazing. The timing was perfect! Capturing their love was so natural and relaxed. Moments like this is why I love my job! Capturing love between two people who see nothing but each other in the moment.
